On May 1, 2025, Professor Holger Hermanns took over as Scientific Director of Schloss Dagstuhl – Leibniz Center for Informatics, succeeding Professor Raimund Seidel. The Minister for Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digital Affairs, and Energy, Jürgen Barke, welcomes the fact that continuity at the helm of the Leibniz Center for Informatics will be ensured during this leadership transition.
