In the current proposal round, it is possible to propose Hybrid Dagstuhl Seminars.

Schloss Dagstuhl – Leibniz-Zentrum für Informatik is accepting proposals for hybrid Dagstuhl Seminars, for which we have reserved a small number of weeks.
In addition to the regular seminar proposal content (see https://www.dagstuhl.de/dsproposal), a section with title "Hybrid Concept" must be included. This section should detail how the hybrid aspects will be infiltrated throughout the Dagstuhl-style seminar and how typical problems such as different time zones will be addressed. Note that the on-site capacity will be limited to that of a small seminar.
