Recent advances in HCI, new materials, biomedical engineering, sensors and actuators open up an exciting space for integrating the human body more seamlessly with computer systems. This workshop aims to provide a forum for identifying opportunities and challenges for future research in body-based interaction. We will specifically focus on multi-modal input and output, haptics, materials and fabrication, and fields of application.
