dblp Advisory Board

The dblp Advisory Board was established in November of 2011 under the umbrella of the Schloss Dagstuhl to support the work of Schloss Dagstuhl and the dblp team and to provide scientific supervision of the dblp database.



The members of the dblp Advisory Board are:

  • Prof. Dr. Silvio Peroni, University of Bologna

  • Prof. Dr. Ruzica Piskac, Yale University, New Haven
  • Prof. Dr. Rüdiger Reischuk, University of Lübeck
  • Prof. Dr. Ralf Schenkel, University of Trier
  • Prof. Raimund Seidel, Ph.D., Schloss Dagstuhl LZI



The dblp Advisory Board’s tasks extend to the following in particular:

  • advising the dblp team in all matters regarding the strategic development of dblp as a database and as a service,
  • defining the guidelines and standards regulating the inclusion of new data to dblp,
  • monitoring of the development and the neutrality of the database,
  • supportind the dblp team by providing expertise, and
  • representing dblp in the scientific community.
