Application for Organizing an Event

In contrast to the Dagstuhl Seminars or Perspectives Workshops, for which a comprehensive proposal [1] has to be submitted which is then reviewed by the Scientific Directorate, making application for another event or staying at the Center as a research guest is uncomplicated and can be done on short notice.

 

All you need to do is submit an informal application in which you provide a short description of the event and the organizers in charge, and suggest possible dates for the event and indicate the proposed number of individuals to be invited (max. 60). Only projects relating to informatics can be accepted. There are no restrictions applicable to the nationality of the applicants or participants.
