The guiding principle is to share the workload between the conference organizers and LIPIcs (operated by Dagstuhl), in order to minimize the cost in workmanship for Dagstuhl, and therefore minimize the fee to be paid by the conference organizers. Nevertheless,  LIPIcs will be up to a high standard.
