We generally prepare a bill for the day of your departure.
In addition to fees for accomodation and the event that you visited, it may include personal expenses for beverages, snacks or phone calls. We ask you to tally those using the expense sheet that we hand out at check-in.
Organizers receive free accommodation, and thus have to pay for their personal expenses only.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and electronic cash via the EC (Maestro) card.

We charge a flat fee of max. €250 for the use of our conference rooms.
Individuals Accompanying Participants
The rates charged for partners and other individuals accompanying participants of the Center's events are in accordance with category 1.
Discounted rates might be applicable to those sharing doubles with the participants; please contact us for more details.
