Sorry, the submission is closed. The next deadline for submitting proposals on Dagstuhl Seminars and Dagstuhl Perspectives Workshops is on November 1, 2012. We will open the submission system by October 15, 2012. If you have submitted a proposal to the current submission round, we will get back to you with any feedback resulting of the reviewing process by the beginning of August 2012.
This is the electronic interface to submit your proposal for a Dagstuhl
Seminar or a Dagstuhl Perspectives Workshop.
Proposals can be submitted from April 02 until the deadline on April 15, 2012 at midnight (GMT).
Your submission is going to be reviewed by our Scientific Directorate and it is discussed at end of June 2012.
We will get back to you with any feedback it has by the beginning of August 2012.
The process of submitting a proposal is as follows:
Choose Submit a Proposal, enter your contact information and meta data for your proposal. You have to pick a password which will be emailed to you together with a proposal ID. At this point, you don't have to provide the proposal PDF, but it can be uploaded later using the Re-Upload Proposal action.
We only accept a single PDF document (describing the goals of the seminar and containing CVs of the authors as well as a participant list) and expect you to submit additional meta data of your proposal including an abstract. The abstract is used by the reviewers to select proposals for review.
When you return with your ID and password, you can either update your proposal's meta data (Edit Submission), or upload a new revision of your proposal (Re-Upload Proposal).
To verify the document that we have on file, you may download it again using View Proposal.
Your submission will be reviewed by our Scientific Directorate and we will get back to you with any any feedback it has. If you have questions or experience problems, contact us at scistaff at dagstuhl.de.
