In this talk we present the state of the art in whitebox cryptography. We present the definition of whitebox cryptgraphy and describe potential applications. We review the known approaches to create a whitebox implementation of a block ciphers and discuss the known cryptanalysis. We conclude by reviewing the relation to obfuscation and protection against side channel attacks.
